Mrs. Carlson graduated from Utah State University in 2009 with a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She has since worked part-time while raising her four children. She began teaching at WPA in 2014 and has no plans to leave! She absolutely loves her job and learns from her students every day. She loves learning how each student is unique, with their own strengths and weaknesses. Mrs. Carlson loves helping the students learn how to communicate clearly and effectively in school and at home, setting them up for future success! She loves working with the WPA teachers and staff who are all so involved and invested in the students' educations! In her (very limited) spare time, Mrs. Carlson loves reading a good book, organizing a drawer or cabinet, taking a walk in nature, or baking a sweet treat.
