Board Meetings
Wasatch Peak Academy is proud to be overseen by a board of parents and professionals that have a strong commitment to success of WPA students. The WPA Board provides valuable oversight and ensures that the school remains true to the philosophy and state charter, maintains financial stability, complies with Utah State laws, and ensures the ongoing success of students. Board Members serve on a volunteer basis. Our current board members may be found here.

or RSS feed whenever the Board of Directors has a public meeting, in addition
to other tools for public meetings within the state of Utah, visit utah.gov/pmn and
search for Wasatch Peak Academy. All Board of Directors meetings are open
to the public. Meetings and agendas are posted at least twenty-four (24) hours
in advance and include the time and location of the meeting. Meeting minutes
will be posted after they have received formal Board approval. WPA follows the
Utah Open Meetings Act. To receive an automatic email or RSS feed whenever the
Board of Directors will be having a public meeting, please visit utah.gov/pmn
and search for “Wasatch Peak Academy". Meeting minutes are also made
available to the public by request. To request a written copy of board meeting
minutes or an audio recording of an open meeting, please email your

Wasatch Peak Academy follows the Utah Open Meetings Act and all meetings are open to the public. Meeting information is posted at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance on the Utah Public Meeting Notice, along with previous meeting minutes and recordings. Meetings may be scheduled for the third Wednesday every other month based on the tentative Annual Meeting Calendar.
Financial Oversight
The Governing Board oversees the financial health of Wasatch Peak Academy. The Board has an Audit Committee comprised of the board president and the board financial coordinator. All budgets are approved by the Governing Board and published on the Utah Public Finance Website.
Stakeholders of Wastach Peak Academy may report concerns of fraud, waste, abuse, or non-compliance directly to the School’s administration or board. Alternatively, stakeholders may report such concerns directly to the Utah State Board of Education through their Public Education Hotline at (801) 538-7813.
