Goal #1

Students will improve their penmanship with both manuscript or cursive writing practice to increase their literacy development and fine motor writing skills.

Students will be able to master core math concepts at their appropriate grade level by using the My Math disposable workbooks.

Disposable math workbooks for scholars. This price also includes electronic seats, which allows the students to work on their math at home, see tutorials, and access curriculum online.




Goal #3


Students will increase their abilities for keyboarding, searching and retrieving information from the internet, and writing from a prompt on the computer through weekly practice and technology instruction provided by an aide for technology to focus specifically on these goals.

Goal  #4


Science/engineering, Art, and Technology content integration is a valuable way for students to connect with the curriculum. The Leonardo Museum offers hands-on learning in these three important areas. Our goal is for all K-5 scholars to experience this museum to inspire creativity and innovation while making real-world connections to their curriculum at a deeper level.

Goal #5


Research shows that small group, targeted 'micro-teaching' (effect size .88) as a response to intervention (effect size of 1.07) is highly effective for struggling students. (Fisher, Frey, & Hattie, 2016). Teachers in grades K-2 do not have access to mobile labs. Our goal is to purchase 5 iPads for each grade level (K, 1, 2) for a total of 15 iPads for teachers to be able to do this micro-teaching and make sure scholars are on grade level in literacy and math.
