Karen Morgan
I was born and raised in Ontario, Canada (Yes! I love ice hockey!) where I graduated High School with Honors in advanced Calculus and Physics. Applying my love for math and science to my post secondary education, I began pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University in Toronto. After making the cross-continent move and adjusting my major, I graduated from Weber State University in 1994 and have spent the last 12 years in a very successful career in the field of Architecture. Through the years I have continued to be involved with the community through athletics, coaching youth teams, scouting leadership, and various service organizations.
I have been lucky enough to be married to a great guy for the last 16 years and have 3 wonderful kids, all of which attend Wasatch Peak. Having had the opportunity to spend numerous hours volunteering at our school last year I found it to be great satisfaction spending my time where my children are. I consider it a wonderful opportunity to share my knowledge and experience with your kids and hope this year we can bring many challenging and exciting experiences that will help them grow in their understanding of computers and the incredible tool they can be.
