Zivijo! My name is Jillesha Lingmann, this is my sixth year at Wasatch Peak and I am so excited to be teaching kindergarten again. I was born in Salt Lake and am the seventh child out of eight. I have six fun, energetic brothers, from whom I learned to love sports and one beautiful older sister. I also have too many nephews and nieces to count! (I think I have around 30) When I was 13, I moved to Juneau, Alaska with part of my family and lived there for three years. There I learned to love the outdoors, brave the cold winter nights and enjoyed the northern lights. Upon returning from Alaska I went to school, graduating from Wood Cross High School. After high school, I attended the University of Utah and completed a degree in Early Childhood education. During my time at the U, I had the opportunity to play lacrosse, join Chi Omega sorority, work in Alaska for the summer and intern for the Supreme Court of the United States in Washington, D.C.

After graduating from the U, I served a full-time LDS mission in Slovenia where I learned the rarely-spoken language of Slovene. Since returning I have spent a summer in Ghana teaching in an orphanage, traveling and coaching lacrosse. I recently graduated with a Masters of Education from the University of Phoenix. I then married my husband Aaron, and we have a perfect little boy named Drew. We currently live in bountiful.

I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, traveling, exercising, rollerblading, playing sports and love new and exciting adventures.
